Core banking platform · Nigerian MFBs · regulation-ready UX

Secure, scalable core banking UX for microfinance — staff, customers, and control in one web hub.

Explore how customers, accounts, loans, teller operations, payments, compliance, and governance could work together: responsive web portals, demo data, and onboarding paths — not a substitute for a licensed core or live rails.

WhatsApp care uses NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_WHATSAPP_E164 — colours come from CSS variables so light and dark stay coherent.

Wallet activation & access levels

Mirrors framework section 4–6: optional verification, upgrade prompts on restricted actions, and SureBanker Wallet after full KYC/KYB.

Path A — Dynamic Account (KYC skipped)

Relaxed onboarding: explore, internal money movement, in-app payments.

Included

  • Module exploration, dashboard, chat patterns
  • Internal transactions & in-app payments
  • Profile, settings, refunds / credits (demo)

Restricted until upgrade

  • External transfers, withdrawals, payroll, regulated products

Path B — SureBanker Wallet (KYC/KYB complete)

Full financial access: external rails, payroll, settlements, credit & savings.

  • Bank-to-bank transfers and third-party inflows / outflows
  • Deposits, withdrawals, cash-in / cash-out journeys
  • Payroll batches, merchant settlements, marketplace payouts
  • Loans, savings, investments, escrow (where licensed)

Individual KYC tiers (NIN + liveness, BVN) and business KYB (RC, CAC docs, review states) are modeled on the onboarding reference page.

H. Transaction notifications

Triggers: transfers, airtime/data, bills, credits/debits, KYC updates, password reset, referrals, scheduled transfers, sub-account linking. Channels: in-app (Sonner toasts), email, SMS — channels are design targets; only in-app toasts fire in the demo.

I. Date display

Target display: Dec 12, 2025 style and MM/DD/YY where compact. Align remaining screens during hardening.

FAQ

Section 8 — quick answers before users enter splash or onboarding.

Is CoreBanker a live bank or licensed product?

This workspace is a Finclusion-aligned prototype for microfinance and digital banking UX. It does not move real money and is not a substitute for licensed core banking or payment processing.

What is the difference between a Dynamic Account and SureBanker Wallet?

Dynamic Account users can explore modules, use in-app balances, and run internal flows without full KYC. SureBanker Wallet (after KYC/KYB) is the path to external transfers, payroll, settlements, and regulated products — as described in the Finclusion framework.

Where do splash screens and onboarding fit?

Use Get Started for the two-phase splash, then the interactive onboarding reference. Login takes you straight into staff, customer, or admin demo portals.

How do I reach customer care?

The floating WhatsApp button is available on every screen. Configure NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_WHATSAPP_E164 in your environment for your production support line.

How are dates displayed?

Product copy targets Finclusion display norms (e.g. Dec 12, 2025). Demo data inside the app may still use mixed formats until fully normalized.

Start with the splash sequence, skim the onboarding reference, or jump straight into a demo portal.
